Where to find Airways Transit at Pearson Airport

Terminal 1:

The "Ground Transportation Desk" is on the ground level, inside the terminal between posts "R & S" down there. Signage also reads, "Out of Town Vans."

Terminal 3:

The "Out of Town Vans Counter" is on the arrivals level, inside the terminal between doors "B & C" (under the domestic escalator)

Cancellation policy

Cancellations that are made less than 12 hours prior to pick up time or less than 12 hours prior to flight arrival time are charged at full fare and are non-refundable.
